Website Orders: Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover Card or American Express® accepted on orders placed for shipment within the U.S. and Canada. All Handling and Shipping charges will be added to the order. Payment will be made by secure credit card capture.

Some items cannot be ordered directly from the website. These items require special handling, have variable specifications or the prices fluctuate enough so that we can not set the price. Open Account customers should complete the Request a Quote form for further information on these items.

Sales Tax: Seedburo Equipment Company is required by law to collect sales or use taxes imposed by certain state, or local governments. These rates are based on the location to which the shipment is delivered. As rates vary from state to state, orders placed within the website will be charged the correct percentage for that locality. On Open Account orders, we will waive sales tax if a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, with an original signature, is on file with Seedburo.

Shipments: All shipments are Ex-Factory. Shipping charges, local sales taxes or handling fees will be added at the Shopping Cart. We will ship via the method selected during the order process. Certain items require that we ship via commercial motor freight due to the size of the equipment. Some items may ship from a different location than our Illinois warehouse, therefore delivery times may vary based on shipping location to your site.

Return & Refund Policy: Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any goods. We will pay return shipping only on items wrongly shipped or defective. All other returns must be shipped at the cost to the purchaser. A 15% restocking fee is charged against the merchandise value. Original shipping and handling fees are not refunded for returns. All returned items must be in “new condition” or further repair charges will be charged. Special order items are not returnable. Any returns must be authorized by Seedburo and only within 10 business days after receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made to the same credit card charged on the original purchase, less the restocking charges, within 7 days from date of return to Seedburo or the designated shipping location.

Privacy Policy: Seedburo Equipment Company values customer relationships. We respect your privacy. We do NOT sell or rent any information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you provide us will be held in strict confidence.

When you purchase products from Seedburo, request a catalog, sign up for the Newsletter or submit a comment, you are automatically registered to receive additional catalogs, Newsletters, periodic special promotions and valuable product updates. If you do not wish to receive information, please send us a Request to Unsubscribe via fax (312-738-5329) or email (sales@seedburo.com). We will remove you from any mailing or email list.
