Returns & Refund Policy

Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized by Seedburo Equipment Company. Customers
must request a Return Authorization within ten (10) business days of receiving
their order.

Return Window
Authorized returns must be initiated within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases
where an item was shipped incorrectly or is defective. In those cases, Seedburo
Equipment Company will cover return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee
A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be applied to eligible returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Additional repair or
refurbishment charges may apply if items are returned in used or damaged
condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Special order items are not eligible for return.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less
applicable fees, within seven (7) days of Seedburo Equipment Company’s
receipt of the returned merchandise.
