The Nobbe type seed trier is used for sampling free-flowing, small seeded crops in bags or penetrable containers. It is ideal for clovers, timothy, brassicas, fine grasses such as bluegrass, and small vegetable seeds. It is inserted horizontally into the container and the sample pours out of the open end. Seedburo's Nobbe trier available in a ½" or ¾" diameter version; 20" or 30" overall length, one opening starts 2⅜" from the tip and is 2½" long. Available in Brass or Stainless Steel.
