The folding thermometer from Seedburo features an adjustable angle head of 45/90/135/180°, stainless steel sensor probe, memory recall, either F° or C° selectable readout, data hold/test function, low battery indicator. The folding thermometer has an easy-to-read ¾" digital display and a range of -58° to 572°F or -50° to 300°C. Resolution is 0.1° below 200°C and 1°C outside of this range. Accuracy is ±1° between -20° and +100°C. Response Time 4 seconds in water. Unit operates on one (1) CR2032 button battery (included) and is turned on or off by extending the probe. The folding thermometer is shipped with a Traceable™ Certificate of Calibration. Watertight IP65 and HACCP conform tested.
