The Ergo Vision System helps seed analysts avoid the costly neck and back pains and serious arm and wrist problems that plague seed analysts who typically sit in stressful body positions. The inspection station enables analysts to work comfortably for hours, which can increase accuracy and productivity. The basic Ergo station is supplied as follows: contoured front, independently adjustable rest for both right and left arms, easy access to controls, 2 storage drawers, white laminated plywood work surface, substantial plywood base with rigid stainless risers, and non-slip, vibration damping, closed cell rubber base pad. Base unit requires no power. The Ergonomic Inspection Station can be customized to suit individual laboratory requirements with a choice of optic packages: Mantis, Leica Microscope, or video camera. To facilitate analysis, the Inspection Station can be supplied with two vibratory feeders with dual adjustable controls, a trough for bulk feeding, quick-change inspection trays and a positioning slide for the selected optics package. A choice of hand switch, foot switch and seed hoppers and inspection trays are available to fit your specific requirements.
